摘要
大型制氧空压机同步电动机是钢铁企业的关键设备之一,决定着高炉等重要工艺流程能源介质供给的可靠性。针对现场一台27000 kW制氧空压机同步电动机多次起动失败,并影响高炉生产的问题开展研究。介绍了采用ETAP软件开展电动机起动过程仿真的关键建模技术,主要包括:电动机等值模型、起动过程空压机负荷模型及自耦变模型,自耦变自身压降等值方法等。分析仿真结果后,提出了相应的起动策略,并对相应的继电保护整定值进行了优化,解决了困扰用户的空压机电动机起动失败难题。
Synchronous motor of large oxygen compressor is one of the key equipment of iron and steel enterprises,which determines the reliability of energy medium supply of blast furnace and other important process flow.The starting failure problem of the synchronous motor of a 27000 kW oxygen compressor was studied,which affected the oxygen supply of blast furnace production.This paper introduces the key modeling techniques of the motor dynamic starting simulation using ETAP software,including the motor equivalent model,the air compressor load model,the autotransformer model,and the autotransformer self voltage drop equivalent method,etc.The simulation results are analyzed,the corresponding starting strategy is proposed,and the corresponding relay setting is optimized.Furthermore,the starting failure problem of the air compressor motor has been resolved effectively.
