废弃电器电子产品回收与处理体系研究及建议

摘要 随着全球电器电子产品的快速更新和迭代,电器电子产品呈现出生命周期缩短的新趋势。废弃电器电子产品(WEEE)对全球生态环境构成巨大威胁,解决这一问题势在必行,各国政府纷纷制定了相应的法律法规来应对这一挑战。首先,对世界各地区主要国家的法规建设情况进行了系统梳理;然后,对我国当前WEEE行业的发展现状进行分析并提出了发展中存在的问题;最后,从加快生产者责任延伸制度深化推广、提升正规回收企业的市场竞争力和加强WEEE相关技术能力3个方面提出了发展意见,以期为我国WEEE行业的发展提供一定的指导。 As global electrical and electronic products undergo rapid updates and iterations,their life cycle shows a new trend of shortening.Waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE)poses a significant threat to the global ecological environment,and it is imperative to solve this problen,so governments worldwide have enacted corresponding legislation to address this challenge.Firstly,the regulatory landscape in major countries worldwide is reviewed systematically.Then,the current state of the WEEE industry in China is analyzed and the existing problems in the development are put forward.Finally,development suggestions are proposed from three aspects of accelerating the deepening and promotion of the EPR system,enhancing the market competitiveness of formal recycling enterprises,and strengthening WEEE-related technical capabilities,so as to provide certain guidance for the development of WEEE industry in our country.
