摘要
教师社会情感能力,作为新时代教师不可或缺的“软技能”,正日益成为教育界研究的焦点。国内外研究显示,教师社会情感能力对学生的学业成就、创造力、社会情感能力等认知或非认知能力产生深远影响。为深化教师社会情感能力研究、赋能拔尖创新人才培养,可采取以下策略:基于实证数据,从视角上拓宽教师社会情感能力与个体福祉、教育质量提升、拔尖人才培养效能等之间的关系探究,从路径上采用混合式、横向对比、纵向追踪等方式深入探讨其之间的作用机制。
The social emotional ability,as an indispensable"soft skill"for teachers in the new era,is increasingly becoming a focus of educational research.Domestic and foreign researches show that teachers'social emotional abilities have a profound impact on students'cognitive or non cognitive abilities such as academic achievement,creativity,and social emotional abilities.On the basis of systematically sorting out the close link between teachers'social and emotional abilities and student development,this paper proposes strategies to deepen the research on teachers'social and emotional abilities to empower the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.Based on empirical data,this paper explores the relationship between teachers'social and emotional abilities and individual well-being,education quality improvement,and the effectiveness of top-notch talent cultivation from a perspective,and uses mixed,horizontal comparison,vertical tracking and other methods to deeply explore their mechanisms of action.
