协同育人视域下推进劳动教育的区域探索

Regional Exploration of Promoting Labor Education from the Perspective of Collaborative Education

摘要 因地制宜、突出综合、多主体协同是有效推进山区县劳动教育的战略方向。在协同育人的视角下,苍南县开展一系列实践行动,初步构建“一核四翼”模式,即以“学校”为核心,通过“行政”主导和“教研”驱动,寻求“家庭”支持,依托“社会”共建,形成“行政、教研、学校、家庭、社会”协同机制。通过协同育人机制,推进了全县劳动教育师资建设、课程落地、场地建设等项目,让劳动教育真正取得实效。 The strategic direction for effectively promoting labor education in mountainous counties is to adapt to local conditions,highlight comprehensiveness,and promote multi-party collaboration.From the perspective of collaborative education,Cangnan county has carried out a series of practical actions and initially constructed a"one core and four wings"model,which takes"schools"as the core,seeks support from"families"through"administrative"leadership and"teaching and research"drive,relies on"society"to jointly build,and forms a collaborative mechanism of"administration,teaching and research,schools,families,and society".Through the collaborative education mechanism,projects such as the construction of labor education teachers,curriculum implementation,and venue construction have been promoted throughout the county,which have truly deepened the concept of labor education.
