教育数字化转型下县域中学双师教室运行机制实践研究

摘要 教育数字化对于提升县域教育质量有着重要意义。借助数字资源的双师课堂,为县域教师共享名校优质资源提供了便利条件。如何建设高质量的县域中学双师教室是值得深入研究的课题。实践中,构建有效的双师教室的建设、管理、应用和评估“建管用评”运行机制,能提高资源利用效率,促进学生核心素养、教师教学素养的提升。利用双师教室开展双师教学,要注意提升师生的数字化背景下的学习力、思考力及实践力。 The digitization of education is of great significance for improving the quality of education in counties.The dual teacher classroom utilizing digital resources provides convenient conditions for county-level teachers to share high-quality resources from prestigious universities.How to build highquality dual teacher classrooms in county-level middle schools is a topic worthy of in-depth research.In practice,establishing an effective mechanism for the construction,management,application,and evaluation of dual teacher classrooms can improve resource utilization efficiency and promote the improvement of students'core literacy and teachers'teaching literacy.When using dual teacher classrooms to carry out dual teacher teaching,attention should be paid to enhancing the learning,thinking,and practical abilities of teachers and students under the digital background.
