摘要
本文结合近10余年的企业互联网转型中的实际问题,以及新媒体广泛普及过程中企业同质化竞争的困境,提出了用户运营思维对于企业的可持续发展、产品创新以及市场扩张的底层意义和长期价值。
Based on the practical problems encountered in the process of enterprise Internet transformation over the past decade,as well as the dilemma of homogeneous competition among enterprises during the widespread popularization of new media,this article proposes the underlying significance and long-term value of user operation thinking for the sustainable development,product innovation and market expansion of enterprises.
