雅茶制作新式茶饮的市场前景与发展对策

摘要 茶产业是雅安市乡村振兴的主导产业、民生产业。新式茶饮作为一种新兴的消费方式,目前已逐渐接轨原叶茶市场,越来越多的茶叶被创新应用到新式茶饮产品中。雅茶是中国高山好茶的典型,以雅茶中的名优茶蒙顶甘露、蒙顶黄芽以及雅安藏茶等作为原叶茶制作新式茶饮具有广阔的市场前景。该文从严格把控原料质量、创新加工与拼配、满足消费者的健康需求、创新营销形式、制定新式茶饮标准等方面对选用雅茶为基底制作新式茶饮提出了对策建议,以期为促进新式茶饮与传统雅茶产业的快速融合和雅安新式茶饮行业的健康快速发展提供参考。 The tea industry is the leading industry and livelihood industry for rural revitalization in Ya′an City.As an emerging pattern of consumption,the new style tea drinks have gradually integrated with the original leaf tea market,and more and more tea leaves are being innovatively applied to new style tea drink products.Yacha is a typical type of high-quality tea from high mountains in China,and the production of new style tea drinks using famous teas such as Mengding Ganlu,Mengding Huangya,and Ya′an Tibetan tea as the original leaf tea has broad market prospect.This article proposes countermeasures and suggestions for using Yacha as a base to produce new style tea drinks from the aspects of strict control of raw material quality,innovative processing and blending,meeting the healthy needs of consumers,innovative marketing forms,and formulating new style tea drink standards.The aim is to provide reference for promoting the rapid integration of new style tea drinks with traditional Yacha industry and the healthy and rapid development of Ya′an′s new style tea drink industry.
