基于参数化建模和3D打印的座椅轻量化设计方法

摘要 为了更好地满足现代消费者对座椅产品的个性化和情感需求,实现座椅结构的轻量化,基于参数化设计理念,选取一体化成型的潘通椅作为研究对象进行设计研究,提出一种参数化建模方法,使用三维建模软件犀牛(Rhino)和参数化插件Grasshopper完成了3个多孔结构的参数化设计方案。为了进一步验证设计优化方案在实际应用中的可靠性,选取其中一个方案使用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了应力分析、应变分析和疲劳分析。分析结果显示,该方案在各种工况下均表现稳定,验证了其在实际应用中的可行性;最后采用3D打印技术将有限元分析的三维模型进行实体化,让座椅个性化成为可能,满足了消费者的个性化情感需求。研究基于参数化和3D打印技术,运用参数化建模方法,对潘通椅进行设计研究,通过有限元分析验证了此方法技术路线的可行性,实现了座椅结构的轻量化,赋予了产品差异化,给消费者带来了不同的个性化情感体验,从而为家具行业的数字化设计和制造发展提供参考。 With the development of the economy and societal civilization,the demand for comfort in furniture has grown significantly.Consumers today not only seek functional furniture but also prioritize comfort,aesthetics,and overall well-being.The increasing emphasis on personalized and emotional needs in the design of seat products reflects a broader trend in consumer expectations.In order to better meet the personalized and emotional needs of modern consumers for seating products and enable lightweight structures of the chairs,based on the concept of parametric design,the integrated molded Pantone chair was selected as the research object for design and study.The use of parametric design,particularly for the integrated molded Pantone chair,provides a versatile and efficient approach.This allows for easy customization based on individual preferences,ergonomic considerations,and aesthetic choices.A parametric modeling method was proposed,and three parametric design schemes for porous structures were completed with the help of the 3D modeling software Rhino and the parametric plugin Grasshopper.To further validate the reliability of the design optimization in practical applications,one of the proposals was selected for stress analysis,strain analysis,and fatigue analysis through the ANSYS software.The analysis results revealed that the proposed scheme performed stably under various conditions,which demonstrated its feasibility in practical applications.Finally,the 3D model from finite element analysis was presented through 3D printing technology,making personalized seating possible and satisfying consumers'personalized and emotional needs.In this research,with parametric and 3D printing technology and through the applied parametric modeling method,the design and study of Pantone chair was conducted,and the feasibility of this technical approach was verified through finite element analysis.This approach enabled lightweight seat structures,product differentiation,and different personalized and emotional experiences for customers.This study can serve as a reference for the digital design and manufacturing development in the furniture industry.
