摘要
为有效诊断运行中变压器高压套管的潜在缺陷,同时提高套管诊断的准确性,对110 kV某变电站主变高压侧套管进行了停电检修预试,发现了中压A相套管末屏故障,结合红外测温、绝缘电阻测试、油中溶解气体分析等,对设备故障进行确认和诊断。结果表明:该套管A相存在不同程度的绝缘损伤和局部放电,其试验分析结果与故障现象一致。在此基础上,建议采用综合带电检测手段和停电试验相结合的方式,检测变压器高压套管的缺陷,有效预防和减少高压套管末屏接地故障,为变压器高压套管的状态检修提供参考。
In order to effectively diagnose the potential defects of high-voltage(HV)bushing of the transformer in operation and improve the accuracy of bushing diagnosis,a power outage maintenance pretest is carried out on the high-voltage side bushing of a 110 kV substation main transformer.The fault of the end screen of medium-voltage Phase A bushing is found,and the equipment fault is confirmed and diagnosed by infrared temperature measurement,insulation resistance test,and dissolved gas analysis in oil.The results show that there are different degrees of insulation damage and partial discharge in Phase A of the bushing,and the test analysis results are consistent with the fault phenomenon.On this basis,it is suggested to adopt the combination method of comprehensive live detec-tion method and black-out test to detect the defects of the high-voltage bushing of the transformer,which can effectively prevent and reduce the grounding fault of the end screen of the high-voltage bushing,and provide reference for the condition maintenance of the high-voltage bushing of the transformer.
