摘要
二次回路校线和绝缘检查工作是继电保护作业流程的两个重要环节,而传统测试方法存在工序重复、操作烦琐、人工记录效率低、通信方式易受环境干扰等问题,为此研制了以可编程逻辑控制器为核心的批量多功能测试仪。该测试仪可同时对多根线缆进行二次回路校线和绝缘检查的测试工作,与传统方法相比,大幅度地缩短了线缆测试时间,提升了工作效率,并且主机与从机间具有无线智能通信的功能。
Secondary circuit calibration and insulation inspection are two important steps in the relay protection process.Howev-er,there are many problems in the traditional test method,such as repetitive process,tedious operation,low efficiency of manual re-cording and and communication vulnerability to environmental interference.Therefore,a batch multifunctional tester with programma-ble logic controller(PLC)as the core is developed.The tester can perform secondary circuit calibration and insulation inspection on multiple cables at the same time.Compared with traditional methods,this method greatly reduces cable test time,improves work effi-ciency,and wireless intelligent communication function is realized between the host and slave tester.
