摘要
以淮海经济区10市为研究区域,运用超效率EBM模型对2010—2021年各市生态效率进行测度,分析其时空演化特征及区域差异,并利用时空地理加权回归(GTWR)模型分析淮海经济区生态效率的影响因素.结果表明:淮海经济区生态效率整体上呈现先降后升的变化过程,区域上表现为苏北>鲁南>皖北>豫东,生态效率区域差异呈现出“增大减小增大”的趋势,区域间“极化”现象加剧;空间上,淮海经济区生态效率由中间高两边低分布演变为菏泽—徐州—宿迁—连云港一线生态效率较高而两侧较低的格局;淮海经济区生态效率存在一定的空间非均衡性但并不显著,区间差异逐渐成为区域差异的主要来源,皖北地区和鲁南地区的内部差异高于苏北地区;经济、行政、技术等因素共同作用城市生态效率变化,不同时期主导驱动因素在不断变化,城市生态效率驱动因子逐渐向经济质量和政府支持等力量转变.
Taking 10 cities in Huaihai Economic Zone as the research areas,the super efficiency EBM model was used to measure the ecological efficiency of each city from 2010 to 2021 and analyze its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics,and the GTWR model was used to analyze the influencing factors of ecological efficiency in Huaihai Economic Zone.The results show that the overall ecological efficiency of Huaihai Economic Zone has gone through a process of decreasing in early stage and then increasing.Regionally,Northern Jiangsu>Southern Shandong>Northern Anhui>Eastern Henan,the difference in ecological efficiency shows a trend of"increasing-decreasing-increasing",and the phenomenon of"polarization"between regions has intensified.The spatial distribution pattern of ecological efficiency in the zone has evolved from a distribution pattern of high in the middle and low on its both sides to a spatial pattern of high ecological efficiency on the Heze-Xuzhou-Suqian-Lianyungang line but low on its both sides.There is a certain spatial imbalance in the ecological efficiency of the zone,but it is not significant.Interval differences have gradually become the main source of regional differences in ecological efficiency in Huaihai Economic Zone,with higher internal differences in the northern Anhui and southern Shandong regions than in the northern Jiangsu region.Economic,administrative,technological and other factors jointly affect the changes in urban ecological efficiency,the dominant driving factors are constantly changing in different periods,and the driving factors of urban ecological efficiency are gradually shifting towards economic quality and government support.
