儿童颅内原发恶性黑色素瘤1例并文献复习

Primary intracranial malignant melanoma in children:report of one case and literature review

目的探讨颅内原发恶性黑色素瘤的临床、影像学特征及治疗方法,以提高对该肿瘤的认识。方法回顾分析中国医科大学附属盛京医院神经外科收治的1例经病理证实为颅内原发恶性黑色素瘤患儿的临床资料。结果患儿行手术全切除病变,术后病理证实为小圆细胞恶性黑色素瘤。结合查体及物理检查,术后确诊为颅内原发恶性黑色素瘤。结论颅内原发恶性黑色素瘤极为罕见,临床表现多样,影像学检查有一定诊断价值,目前推荐手术完整切除,术后联合放化疗,肿瘤恶性程度较高,预后差。

Objective To explore the clinical,radiological characteristics and treatment methods for primary intracranial malignant melanoma,with the aim of enhancing understanding of this tumor.Methods The clinical data of a child with primary intracranial malignant melanoma confirmed by pathology in the Department of Neurosurgery,China Medical University Affiliated Shengjing Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results Complete resection of the lesion was achieved in this child,and postoperative pathology confirmed it to be a small round cell malignant melanoma.Combining physical examination and diagnostic imaging,a postoperative diagnosis of primary intracranial malignant melanoma was established.Conclusions Primary intracranial malignant melanoma is an exceptionally rare malignancy with diverse clinical presentations.Radiological examinations have diagnostic value.Current recommendations include complete surgical resection followed by adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy.The tumor has a high extent of malignancy and poor prognosis.
