压缩机低频能效的影响因素分析

摘要 随着空调新国标能效的升级,压缩机的能效标准也随之提升。对于变频空调来说,一般在刚开机时,由于室内温度与设定温度相差较大,压缩机运行频率比较高,当室内温度达到设定温度后,变频空调维持当前温度,压缩机低频运行。因此,研究压缩机低频能效控制提升策略对于提升空调能效有很重要的意义。本文研究总结了几个关键控制参数对压缩机低频能效的影响,并提出了提升压缩机低频能效的控制方法。 With the upgrading of the energy efficiency of the new national standard of air conditioning,the energy efficiency requirements of the compressor are also improved.For the inverter air conditioner,generally when it is just turned on,due to the large difference between the indoor temperature and the set temperature,the compressor operating frequency is relatively high.When the indoor temperature reaches the set temperature,the inverter air conditioner maintains the current temperature and the compressor runs at a low frequency.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the low frequency energy efficiency control strategy of compressor for improving the energy efficiency of air conditioning.This paper studies and summarizes the influence of several key control parameters on the low frequency energy efficiency of the compressor,and puts forward the control method to improve the low frequency energy efficiency of the compressor.
