摘要
大型钢结构的吊装作业日渐成为钢结构工业化建筑施工的重要环节,因受作业场地条件限制,大型钢结构构件的一次吊装施工安全成为大跨度钢结构应用的掣肘缘由之一。以38 m大跨度钢桁架屋顶吊装施工方式为例进行分析,选用单机分段吊装进行施工,有效提高了施工效率且保证了施工安全性,为今后相关项目提供参考。
The lifting operation of large steel structures has increasingly become an important part of industrialized construction of steel structures.Due to the limitations of the work site conditions,the safety of the one-time lifting construction of large steel structural components has become one of the limiting factors for the application of large-span steel structures.This article takes the construction method of lifting a 38m large-span steel truss roof as an example for analysis.Single machine segmented lifting is selected for construction,which effectively improves construction efficiency and ensure construction safety,and provide references for futher projects.
