摘要
研究高铁静音车厢的差异化定价机理,有利于调节客票产品的需求均衡分布且改善收益。本文构建了以运营企业收益最大化和旅客出行费用最小化为目标的双层规划模型,基于灵敏度分析设计算法求解模型,优化考虑静音车厢的不同客票产品的差异化定价。实验结果表明:相比实施统一票价,考虑静音车厢的差异化定价收益可提升1.5%,相比仅实施列车差异化定价,增设静音车厢收益可提升5.0%。研究成果可为高铁静音车厢定价提供决策支持。
The study of the differentiated pricing mechanism of high-speed rail silent carriages is conducive to regulating the equilibrium distribution of demand for passenger ticket products and improving the total revenue.A bi-level programming model is constructed with the objectives of maximizing the revenue of the operating company and minimizing the travel cost of passengers,and an algorithm is designed to solve the model based on sensitivity analysis,so as to optimize the differential pricing of different ticket products considering the silent carriages.The experimental results show that compared with the uniform fare,the implementation of differentiated pricing with silent carriages can increase the revenue by 1.5%;compared with the implementation of differentiated pricing with conventional carriages,the configuration of silent carriages and simultaneously implementation of differentiated pricing for them can increase the revenue by 5.0%.The research results can provide decision-making support for the pricing of silent carriages of high-speed railway.
