The Improvement and Optimization of the Work System for College Students'Financial aid and education from the Perspective of Cultivating Morality and Talents in the New Era

高校资助育人工作是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,为进一步提高大学生资助育人质量,完善与优化资助育人工作体系,本文明确了高校资助育人工作中存在的专业队伍建设不足、德育与资助工作脱节、资助力度与效果不匹配和手段单一等问题。提出以立德树人为核心完善和优化资助育人工作体系,通过提高资助工作者的专业水平和素养,更新资助育人理念、创新资助育人模式、构建全方位多元化的资助育人保障体系等措施,促进受助学生的全面发展,提高资助育人的时效性,实现立德树人的根本目标。

University funding for education is a crucial mechanism to implement the fundamental task of foster virtue through education.In order to further improve the quality of supporting and educating students,and improve and optimize the system of supporting and educating students.This paper analyses the problems of insufficient professional team construction,disconnection between moral education and financial aid,mismatch between financial aid efforts and effects,and single means in the work of financial aid education in colleges.It proposes to improve and optimise the work system of financial aid and education with the core of fostering virtue and education,to promote the comprehensive development of the students,to improve the timeliness of financial support and educating people,and to achieve the fundamental purpose of moral education,by improving the professional level and quality of financial support workers,updating the concept of financial support and educating people,innovating financial support and educating people,and constructing an all-around and diversified financial support and educating people protection system.
