Research progress on the correlation between triglyceride glucose index and cardiovascular disease risk

心血管疾病(CVD)是人类主要死因,受到广泛关注。临床用于预测CVD发生发展的风险指标价格昂贵,难以在基层地区普及。甘油三酯葡萄糖(Ty G)指数作为IR替代生物标志物,可预测CVD风险。临床Ty G指数易获取,逐渐受到重视。本文综述Ty G指数与CVD风险相关性的研究进展。

Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is the leading cause of death in humans and has receivedwidespread attention. The clinical indicators for predicting the risk of CVD occurrence and development areexpensive and difficult to popularize in grassroots areas. Triglyceride glucose( TyG) index,as an alternativebiomarker for insulin resistance,can predict the risk of CVD. The clinical TyG index is easy to obtain and isgradually receiving attention. This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between TyGindex and CVD risk.
