污秽绝缘子可听噪声和电晕关系试验研究

Experimental Study on the Relationship Between Audible Noise and Corona of Polluted Insulators

摘要 污秽绝缘子在不同的污秽等级、湿度环境下发生电晕现象的同时会产生可听噪声。本研究试验测试了绝缘子可听噪声和污秽等级以及电晕电流之间的关系,获得了不同污秽等级、湿度条件下绝缘子电晕放电产生可听噪声和脉冲电流的时域波形,从可听噪声频谱产生角度,分析了电晕电流和可听噪声的关联规律,利用统计方法分析了电晕电流1/3倍频谱不同频点处幅值与可听噪声A声级的关联关系,分析测量并获取可听噪声频谱特征与电晕电流的关系趋势。结果发现了随着污秽等级和湿度的增加,污秽绝缘子可听噪声和电晕电流成增大趋势,并且二者之间存在线性关系;电晕电流1/3倍频程8 kHz中心频率点与可听噪声A声级线性度最好;可听噪声频谱变化与电晕电流在相应频点处幅值存在分段线性关系,且二者分段判据为湿度引起的电晕放电的强弱。 In the environment of different pollution levels and humidity,the pollution insulator will produce audible noise when the corona phenomenon occurs.The relationship between insulator audible noise,pollution level and corona current is tested,and the time domain waveform of audible noise and pulse current generated by insulator corona discharge under different pollution level and humidity is obtained.The correlation law between corona current and audible noise is analyzed from the perspective of audible noise spectrum generation.The correlation between audible noise A level and amplitude at different frequency points of 1/3 frequency spectrum of corona current is analyzed by statistical method,and the relationship between audible noise spectrum change and corona current is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of pollution grade and humidity,the audible noise of dirty insulator and corona current increase,and there is a linear relationship between them.Corona current 1/3 octave 8 kHz center frequency point and audible noise A sound level linearity is the best;There is a piecewise linear relationship between the spectrum change of audible noise and the amplitude of corona current at the corresponding frequency,and the piecewise criterion of both is the strength of corona discharge caused by humidity.
