Dear Editor,The ability to manipulate single-nucleotide variations(SNVs),multiple-nucleotide variations(MNVs),and structural variations(SVs)in rice genomes is crucial for studying gene function and improving agricultural traits.Traditionally,these manipulations were achieved mainly through homology-directed repair,which has limited efficiency in plants.
