摘要
随着经济的快速发展,通辽市地下水超采严重,亟需利用再生水置换工业地下水源,以缓解水资源短缺及地下水超采带来的问题。某再生水深度处理工程设计规模10×10^(4) m^(3)/d,采用分质供水方案,分两期实施。一期为煤化工企业提供生产用水,采用双膜法+特种膜浓缩(DTRO、高压RO)工艺,在保证出水水质达标的同时将系统产水率提高至95%以上;同时利用纳滤分盐+MVR+冷冻结晶技术将固废资源化、减量化,得到高品质工业级氯化钠和硫酸钠,杂盐产生量减少95%。二期为发电总厂提供循环冷却水补水,采用石灰澄清过滤+高级氧化应急处理工艺,在确保水质达标的基础上降低处理成本,提高用户使用再生水的积极性。
With the rapid development of economy,the groundwater in Tongliao has been seriously over‑exploited,and there is an urgent need to use reclaimed water to replace industrial groundwater sources to alleviate the problems caused by water shortage and groundwater over‑exploitation.The design scale of the reclaimed water advanced treatment project is 10×10^(4) m^(3)/d.It adopts a quality‑separated water supply plan and will be implemented in two phases.The first phase provides production water to coal chemical companies,using a double‑membrane method+special membrane concentration process(DTRO,high‑pressure RO)to ensure that the effluent quality reaches the standard while increasing the system water production rate to more than 95%.Using nanofiltration salt separation,MVR and freeze crystallization technology,the solid waste can be reduced and recycled,and high‑quality industrial‑grade sodium chloride and sodium sulfate can be produced,and the yield of miscellaneous salt can be reduced by 95%.In the second phase,circulating cooling water is provided for the power plant,and lime clarification and filtration+advanced oxidation emergency treatment process are adopted to reduce treatment costs while ensuring water quality standards,and increase users’enthusiasm for reclaimed water.
