工业污水厂低氧曝气生化及深度处理工艺设计

Design of Low Oxygen Aeration Biochemistry and Advanced Treatment Process for Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant

摘要 为满足《江苏省城镇污水处理提质增效精准攻坚“333”行动方案》的要求,江苏某经济开发区需新建工业污水厂处理园区工业废水。该工业污水厂设计规模近期1.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,远期2.0×10^(4) m^(3)/d,采用水解酸化池+低氧曝气生化池+除氟高效沉淀池+臭氧催化氧化池+活性焦吸附系统+转盘滤池+尾水湿地处理工艺,二级处理生化池溶解氧控制在0.5 mg/L以下,污泥浓度提高至5~8 g/L,大大降低了运行费用,深度处理工艺能够有效去除工业废水中的氟化物、难降解有机物,保障了出水水质可达性。目前,该厂处理效果良好且运行稳定,出水总氮稳定达到江苏省《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(DB 32/4440—2022),其设计及应用可为其他类似工程提供参考。 To comply with Jiangsu Province’s“333”Action Plan Aimed at Enhancing Urban Sewage Treatment Efficiency and Quality,an economic development zone in Jiangsu plans to construct an industrial wastewater treatment plant to treat industrial wastewater in the park,which initially designed to handle 10000 m^(3)/d with a future expansion to 20000 m^(3)/d.The plant will utilize hydrolysis acidification tank+low oxygen biochemical aeration tank+defluorination high‑efficiency sedimentation tank+ozone catalytic oxidation tank+active coke adsorption system+rotary disk filter+tailwater wetland treatment process.The dissolved oxygen of the secondary treatment biochemical tank is controlled below 0.5 mg/L,and the sludge concentration is increased to 5-8 g/L,which greatly reduces the operating cost.The advanced treatment processes efficiently remove fluoride and refractory organic compounds from industrial wastewater,ensuring consistent high‑quality effluent standards.The total nitrogen of effluent met the Pollutant Discharge Standard for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants(DB 32/4440-2022)of Jiangsu Province.At present,the wastewater treatment plant demonstrates effective treatment outcomes with stable operations,serving as a valuable reference for similar projects.
