城镇污水处理提质增效中的管网普查

Application and Enlightenment of General Pipe Network Survey in Improving Quality and Efficiency of Urban Sewage Treatment

摘要 为摸清城市排水管网的基本情况,发现管网现存的主要问题,有导向性地开展提质增效的方案拟定与配套工程项目建设,必须率先对城市排水管网开展详细勘察,综合采用在线流量监测、水质化验等手段获取准确数据。结合西南某城市管网普查案例,系统介绍了排水管网普查诊断的全流程,对排水系统进行整体量化分析、诊断评估,抓住污水直排河道、雨污管网混接、管网外水入侵等关键问题点位,缩小排水管网整治范围,为管网改造设计、河道治理提供重要数据支撑,逐步实现“基本消除黑臭水体、城市生活污水集中收集效能显著提高”等目标。 In order to find out the basic situation and the main existing problems of urban drainage pipe network,formulate the quality and efficiency improvement plans,and construct supporting projects,it is necessary to take the lead in surveying the urban drainage pipe network in detail,and then obtain accurate data comprehensively by online flow rate monitoring,water quality testing and etc..Combined with the case of the general pipe network survey in a southwest city,the whole process from survey to diagnosis is introduced systematically,the drainage system is quantitatively analyzed,diagnosed and evaluated as a whole.The key points such as the direct sewage discharge point,the mixed junction point of stormwater and sewage pipe network,the intrusion point of external water in the pipe network are taken into account to narrow the scope of the drainage pipe network renovation,and provide important data support for the pipe network renovation design and river management.The goals of basically eliminating black and odorous water bodies,as well as significantly improving the centralized collection efficiency of domestic sewage are gradually realized,thus greatly improving the quality urban living environment.
