摘要
住区改造是城市更新的重要组成部分,公共空间的品质是影响住区改造效果的关键因素,但老旧住区内的公共空间往往不是居民自发选择的活动场所。通过实地调研并结合空间句法理论,解析这种现象的起因及影响因素,提出老旧住区公共空间的改造既要关注其物质属性,也要充分考虑地域文化特征及居住人群的生活习惯等,为提升老旧住区公共空间的品质提供理论指导。
The renovation of residential areas is an important part of urban renewal,and the quality of public space is the key factor affecting the renovation effect of residential areas;however,the public space in old residential areas is often not the activity area chosen by residents.Through field investigation and space syntax,the paper analyzes the causes and influencing factors of this phenomenon,and proposes that the renovation of public space in old residential areas should not only pay attention to its material properties,but also fully consider the regional culture characteristics and living habits of residents,so as to provide theoretical guidance for the quality optimization of public space inold residential areas.
