实验室为教学和科研工作提供实验条件保障,分析了实验室在运行过程中存在的问题,将PDCA循环引入实验室运行过程管理,开展实验室规范化运行实践,包括规范实体实验室运行实行注册管理制度、基于实验室资质认定提升规范化管理水平、以项目建设为抓手开展规范化运行工作、构建实验室规范化运行评价体系,并提出了实验室规范化管理的思考与建议。

Laboratories provide supports for teaching and research work in universities.Analyzing the problems that exist during the operation of the laboratory,Introducing the PDCA cycle into laboratory process management and proposing standardized laboratory operation practices,including regulations of standardize laboratory management and registration,laboratory qualification and enhancing its management level,laboratory standardized operation with project construction,and also setting up the appraisal system for laboratory standardized operation.
