摘要
为实现高钛高炉渣产品多样化、加快其综合利用,利用攀西地区高钛高炉渣制备水泥基耐磨地坪砂浆,并对其强度、耐磨度和表面强度进行测试研究。研究结果表明:所制备的砂浆7、28 d的抗压强度分别为91.2 MPa和110.3 MPa,抗折强度分别为12.6 MPa和14.8 MPa;耐磨度比为441%,表面压痕直径为2.36 mm。试验结果均远优于行业标准中规定的技术指标,验证了攀西地区高钛高炉渣用作地坪耐磨骨料的可行性。
In order to achieve diversification of high-titanium blast furnace slag products and accelerate their comprehensive utilization,this paper utilizes high-titanium blast furnace slag from Panxi region to prepare cement-based wear-resistant flooring mortar,and tests and studies its strength,wear resistance and surface strength.The results show that the compressive and flexural strengths of the mortar prepared in 7 days and 28 days are 91.2 MPa and 110.3 MPa,respectively.The wear resistance ratio is 441%,and the surface indentation diameter is 2.36 mm.The experimental results are much better than the technical indicators stipulated in industry standards,verifying the feasibility of using high-titanium blast furnace slag in Panxi region as a flooring wear-resistant aggregate.
