摘要
高填方区域容易产生地基不均匀沉降,特别是在挖填交界区域,挖方与填方土体压缩模量不同,引起地基差异沉降,地基处理不当容易在挖填交界沿线出现断裂破坏。为改善受工期和成本限制的高回填区工程项目地基差异沉降问题,概述了强夯、高压旋喷注浆、缓坡过渡处理、土工格栅等地基处理方法,并以某工程建设项目为例,结合实际工程特征,综合分析地基处理效果、进度、造价等因素,因地制宜地提出了在高回填区域采用一次设计、二次实施的方式施工道路和室内地坪,并在挖填交界区辅以土工格栅。此方案通过局部加强、二次完成的方式,在基本不影响工程造价和进度的基础上,能够有效解决地基不均匀沉降对地坪及道路造成的不利影响。
As cutting and filling soil masses have different compression moduli,without proper foundation treatments,high-filling areas,especially filling-cutting joint sections,are prone to differential settlements and cracks along the borders.To minimize such differential settlements of foundations for schedule and cost-constrained construction projects in high-filling areas,this study summarizes various foundation treatment methods,such as dynamic compaction,high-pressure jet grouting,transition slope and geo-grid,and demonstrates a targeted approach of once-through designing,two-phased implementation and geo-grid consolidation to the building of roads and indoor floors in XXX project in a high-filling area based on actual engineering characteristics and comprehensive analysis of foundation treatment effects,required schedule,construction costs and other factors.While delivering no significant effects on the construction costs and schedules,this approach featuring local reinforcement and two-phased implementation effectively mitigates adverse effects of differential settlements of foundations on floors and roads.
