基于岩土勘察的建筑工程桩基础方案选型研究

摘要 岩土工程勘察是建筑工程建设的重要环节,是获取工程项目场地地下岩土体的物理、力学性质和地下水等地质环境的重要手段,将为工程的设计施工提供可靠地质参数。桩基础作为一种常见的深基础形式,在建筑工程中得到了广泛应用。以广东省东莞市胜利大厦项目为例,评价了岩土工程勘察技术及桩基础方案选型,通过岩土工程勘察方法获取项目场地地下岩土体性质参数,分析桩基础方案类型、特点、适用条件及优缺点,最后对桩基础方案开展技术经济等方面的比较,提出胜利大厦项目的桩基础选型方案。 Geotechnical engineering survey is an important part of engineering construction,which is an important means to obtain the physical and mechanical properties of the underground rock and soil,as well as the geological environment of groundwater,at the project site.It will provide reliable geological parameters for the design and construction of the project.Pile foundation,as a common form of deep foundation,has been widely used in construction engineering.The article takes the Shengli Building project as an example to evaluate the geotechnical engineering survey technology and pile foundation scheme selection.Through geotechnical engineering survey methods,the underground soil and rock properties parameters of the project site are obtained.The types,characteristics,applicable conditions,and advantages and disadvantages of pile foundation schemes are analyzed.Finally,a comparison of technical and economic aspects of pile foundation schemes is carried out,and a pile foundation selection scheme for the Shengli Building project is proposed.
