摘要
高速铁路桥式车站横向分布多种梁型,因空间受限,难以直接采用架桥机就位。而采用支架原位现浇法或低位现浇高位横移法施工,存在周期长、成本高,梁体调姿效率低、精度差等不足。以新建贵阳至南宁高速铁路(以下简称“贵南高铁”)环江车站施工为背景,介绍环江车站三种不同梁型在同一桥跨上横移就位装置及方法,并基于反对称矩阵构造的坐标变换方程,提出梁体姿态响应与调姿千斤顶位移的关系,弥补了现有技术不足,对于同类工程具有重要指导意义和推广价值。
There are various types of beams distributed horizontally in high-speed railway bridge-style stations,which are limited in space and difficult to directly use bridge erecting machines for positioning.Therefore,the in-situ casting method of supports or the low position casting and high position lateral displacement method are often used for construction,which has disadvantages such as long cycle,high cost,low efficiency and poor accuracy of beam body adjustment.The article takes the construction of the Huanjiang Station on the newly-built Guiyang-Nanning High-speed Railway(hereinafter referred to as“Guinan High-speed Railway”)as the background,introduces the devices and methods for horizontally moving and positioning three different beam types on the same bridge span of the Huanjiang Station,and based on the coordinate transformation equation constructed by the anti symmetric matrix,proposes the relationship between the beam attitude response and the displacement of the adjustment jack,which makes up for the shortcomings of existing technology and has important guiding significance and promotion value for similar projects.
