摘要
通过对隧道洞渣岩性进行调查和快速评价,评估其作为建筑材料的潜力和可行性。研究内容包括洞渣的矿物成分、力学性能、有害物质含量等物理和化学性能分析,以及骨料的耐久性能评价。通过岩性调查和适用性评价,可以明确资源化利用技术途径,建立隧道洞渣建材资源化利用适用性评价体系,明确控制性指标的检测频率。隧道洞渣可有效转化为骨料、路基填料等多种建筑材料,实现资源的循环利用和环境保护。此外,提出通过标准方法与浸水法检测骨料压碎值并进行对比,用于监测洞渣质量及生产水平,为实际工程应用提供了理论支持和实践指导。总之,洞渣建材资源化利用有助于减少隧道建设对环境的影响,降低建筑成本,推动可持续发展。
Through the investigation and rapid evaluation of the lithology of tunnel mucking,this study assessed its potential and feasibility as a building material.The research included the analysis of physical and chemical properties such as mineral composition,mechanical properties,and harmful substance content of the mucking,as well as the durability evaluation of the aggregate.The results show that through lithological investigation and applicability evaluation,it is possible to clarify the technical path of resource utilization,establish an applicability evaluation system for the utilization of tunnel mucking building materials,and define the detection frequency of control indicators.Tunnel mucking can be effectively transformed into various building materials such as aggregate and roadbed filler,achieving resource recycling and environmental protection.In addition,this study proposed a comparison of the crushing value of aggregate detected by standard method and immersion method,which can be used to monitor the quality and production level of mucking,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for practical engineering applications.In conclusion,the utilization of mucking building materials helps to reduce the environmental impact of tunnel construction,reduce construction costs,and promote sustainable development.
