摘要
随着我国高铁快速发展,隧道建设向特长大断面方向发展,该类隧道施工混凝土质量控制至关重要,智能机械化建造技术成为未来建设的迫切需求。在西康高铁华家山隧道建设中,坚持“安全第一,质量至上”,贯彻“工装保工艺,工艺保质量,质量保安全”的管理理念,采取智能化代替常规化、机械化代替人工化的方式,通过全自动3D扫描仪、智能拌和站、智能衬砌台车与智能养护台车的联合应用以及多种新技术互助式联合监控手段,保证混凝土施工质量,为后续混凝土工程在特长大断面隧道中的实施起到很好的借鉴作用。
With the rapid development of high-speed railway in China,tunnel construction is moving towards ultra long and large sections,and the quality control of concrete used in the construction of such tunnels is crucial,intelligent mechanized construction technology has become an urgent need for future construction.In the construction of Huajiashan Tunnel of Xi′an-Ankang High-speed Railway,we adhere to the principle of′safety first,quality first′,implement the management concept of′tooling ensures technology,technology ensures quality,and quality ensures safety′,and adopt intelligent methods instead of conventional ones and mechanization instead of manual labor.Through the joint application of fully automatic 3D scanners,intelligent mixing stations,intelligent lining trolleys,and intelligent maintenance trolleys,as well as various new technology assisted joint monitoring methods,the quality of concrete construction is ensured,which provides a good reference for the implementation of concrete engineering in ultra long and large section tunnels in the future.
