基于BIM技术机场航站楼改扩建智慧工地数据决策系统研究

摘要 随着航空业不断发展,机场航站楼改扩建已成为提升机场运营效率和旅客体验的关键。南充高坪机场改扩建项目将生产、技术、质量、安全等各管理系统组成智慧工地数据决策系统,对生产数据实时汇总分析,实时追踪质量问题,同时通过物联网技术,进行智能Wi-Fi教育,将施工现场安装的塔吊安全监测系统、智能水表与智能电表等智能硬件设备实时采集的数据进行整合分析,智能预警,为科学施工提供信息数据支持,以帮助项目管理者优化施工流程、提高决策效率,并确保施工安全。本研究对BIM+智能平台技术进行优势分析,对未来其他项目的应用及技术发展进行展望。 With the continuous growth of air traffic,the renovation and expansion of the airport terminal has become the key factor in improving the airport operation efficiency and passenger experience.Nanchong Gaoping Airport reconstruction project integrates various management systems such as production,technology,quality,and safety into a smart construction site data decision-making system,which summarizes and analyzes production data in real time,tracks quality issues in real time.At the same time,through IoT technology,intelligent Wi-Fi education is carried out to integrate and analyze real-time data collected by smart hardware devices such as tower crane safety monitoring systems,smart water meters,and smart electricity meters installed on construction sites.Intelligent warnings provide information and data support for scientific construction,help project managers optimize construction processes,improve decision-making efficiency,and ensure construction safety.In this paper,the advantages of BIM+intelligent platform technology are analyzed,and the future application of other projects and technology development are discussed.
