复杂枢纽线网下信号系统改造方案优化研究

摘要 针对铁路枢纽改造工程复杂、控制因素多、影响范围广、技术难度大、安全风险高、无标准化解决方案等难点,根据实际工程条件,综合考虑施工、运维、安全等因素,提出枢纽内多站协同、多专业融合、永临结合等理念,并提出信号专业主动适配优化调整线站改造方案和运输组织方案的新思路。经过系统分析和多方案比较,优化方案显著减少了营业线改造工程量,降低了工程实施难度和安全风险,减少了行车干扰。同时,实现了枢纽内不同技术标准信号系统兼容与互联互通,新老信号系统无缝切换,永久工程和临时工程完美结合,满足铁路枢纽改造方案经济合理、安全高效的要求,为同类工程方案优化提供借鉴。 Regards to the difficulties of railway hub reconstruction,such as complex,multiple control factors,wide influence range,high technical difficulty,high safety risk and no standardized solution,the concepts of multi-station collaboration,multi-specialty cooperation,and permanent and temporary combination are proposed according to the actual project conditions and comprehensive consideration of construction,operation and maintenance,safety and other factors.A new thinking is proposed to adapt the signal specialty actively to optimize and adjust the scheme of line station reconstruction and the transportation organization.Through systematic analysis and comparison of multiple schemes,the optimization scheme can decrease the amount of operational line reconstruction effectively,reduce the difficulty of project implementation and safety risk,and alleviate traffic interference.At the same time,it realizes the compatibility and interconnection of signal systems of different technical standards in the hub,the seamless switching between new and existing signal systems and the perfect combination of permanent and temporary projects,which meets the economical,reasonable,safe and efficient requirements of railway hub reconstruction schemes,and provides reference for the optimization of similar engineering schemes.
