基于LEC法的桥梁施工安全风险评估

摘要 为提高桥梁施工过程中的安全管理水平,以泾河大桥缆索吊装施工为背景,对桥梁施工中的风险源进行识别和评估,最大限度降低事故发生的可能性。通过现场调研、问卷调查、专家咨询和WBS-RBS方法从“人、物、环境、管理、技术和其他”六个方面建立泾河大桥施工风险清单,并采用半定量分析法(LEC法)对泾河大桥施工风险源进行评估;根据LEC评估结果,对施工过程中的重大风险源提出相应的安全控制措施以减少施工风险,为桥梁施工提供建议,保证桥梁安全顺利施工。 In order to improve the safety management level during bridge construction,taking the cable hoisting construction of Jinghe Bridge as the background,the risk sources in bridge construction are identified and evaluated to minimize the possibility of accidents.Firstly,through on-site investigation,questionnaire survey,expert consultation,and WBS-RBS method,a risk list for the construction of Jinghe Bridge is established from six aspects:personnel,materials,environment,management,technology,and others.Then,the semi quantitative analysis method(LEC method)is used to evaluate the risk sources of Jinghe Bridge construction.Finally,based on the LEC assessment results,corresponding safety control measures are proposed for major risk sources during the construction process to reduce construction risks,provide suggestions for bridge construction,and ensure the safe and smooth construction of bridges.
