摘要
本文主要介绍了汽车半导体接口依据通过研究IEC 62969系列标准提炼出的重点验证对象、关键技术指标以及需要攻克的技术难点,提出对此产品的试验方法和评价规则等。汽车半导体接口是连接器行业中的一个重要分支,它在各种汽车传感器中起到连接信号和传输信号的作用,是用于连接传感器和电缆的器件。它的作用是将传感器的输出信号传递给线缆,以便将信号传输到其他设备或系统中。但与原本连接器不同的是,半导体接口的因为要传输容易被干扰的微小信号,势必需要其有很高的抗干扰性和环境适应性。
This paper mainly introduces the general requirements and standard content of automotive semiconductor interface,and the working mechanism,application scenario,function realization and application status of automotive semiconductor interface.According to the key verification objects,key technical indicators and technical difficulties to be overcome,the test methods and evaluation rules of this product are proposed.Automotive semiconductor interface is an important branch of the connector industry,which plays the role of connecting signals and transmitting signals in various automotive sensors,and is a device used to connect sensors and cables.Its role is to pass the output signal of the sensor to the cable so that the signal can be transmitted to other devices or systems.However,unlike the original connector,the sensor interface is bound to have high anti-interference and environmental adaptability because it wants to transmit small signals that are easily interfered with.
