摘要
基于高可靠性指标的装备可靠性难以验证的问题,提供基于阿伦尼斯模型的可靠性分段加速试验方法。本文结合具体案例介绍了试验循环数保持不变,通过对常温段温度应力依据阿伦尼斯模型进行加速,以缩短试验剖面时间,进行可靠性加速的方法。最后,总结该加速方法的优势及局限性,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。
The problem of difficult verification of equipment reliability based on high reliability indicators is addressed by providing a reliability segmented accelerated testing method based on the Arrhenius model.This article introduces a method of reliability acceleration by accelerating the temperature stress at room temperature based on the Arrhenius model while keeping the number of test cycles constant,using specific cases to shorten the test profile time.Finally,the advantages and limitations of this acceleration method were summarized,and future research directions were discussed.
