湿热盐雾环境下电动摩托车性能和安全研究

摘要 本文研究了湿热盐雾严酷自然环境条件对电动摩托车的性能和安全影响。通过试验前后性能指标的对比,发现电动摩托车绝缘性能、金属部件耐腐蚀性、接触电阻和爬坡性能等都受到了不同程度的影响,电动摩托车生产制造企业需根据产品使用区域的环境条件,在设计开发中结合环境条件对产品安全性能的影响,作出相对应的调整。 In this paper,the effects of harsh natural environment conditions of wet and hot salt spray on the performance and safety of electric motorcycles are studied.Through the comparison of performance indicators before and after the test,it is found that the insulation performance,corrosion resistance of metal parts,contact resistance and slope climbing performance of electric motorcycles have been affected to varying degrees.Electric motorcycle manufacturing enterprises need to make corresponding adjustments according to the environmental conditions of the product's application area and the impact of environmental conditions on product safety performance in the design and development.
