汽车焊缝密封胶气味及VOC特性研究

摘要 本文主要对焊缝密封胶气味及VOCs进行研究,研究结果表明相同固化工艺下,不同厂家焊缝密封胶的气味及VOCs结果差异较大,出现这种差异性主要原因与焊缝密封胶的溶剂有关;同一密封胶固化工艺不同,其气味及VOCs结果也会存在差异,其中随着固化温度升高焊缝胶的TVOC、苯系物和气味性会变好,但随着固化温度的升高,醛酮类物质的散发会增加;同时也进行了相同固化工艺下贮存时间对焊缝密封胶气味和VOCs的影响研究,发现存储时间越长,其气味、VOC表现越好。 This article mainly conducts research on the odor and voCs characteristics of weld seam sealant.The research results show that under the same baking process,there is a significant difference in the odor and voCs results of weld seam sealants from different manufacturers.The main reason for this difference is related to the solvent of the weld sealant.The same sealant curing process is different,its odor and VoCs results will also differ,the TVoC,BTEX and odor of the same weld seam sealant will improve with higher baking temperatures,However,with the increase of curing temperature,the aldehydes and ketones results will increase;With the same curing process,we also studied the effect of storage time on the odor and voCs of the weld seam sealant.Found that the longer the storage time,the better the odor and VoC performance.
