摘要 为高效利用计算机行业的招聘数据,提升数据应用价值与优化招聘流程,文章设计并实现了一个基于文本挖掘的计算机类招聘数据分析与可视化系统。依托自然语言处理与机器学习技术,从海量的招聘数据中自动提取有用信息并进行数据可视化,该系统不仅支持对动态数据的实时处理,还可为用户提供友好的交互界面,使用户可以轻松探索与分析数据。结果表明,该系统能有效识别,并展示职位趋势、技能需求及薪资水平等关键信息,能为求职者与招聘方提供有价值的洞察报告,提高了数据的可操作性与决策的准确性。 In order to use the recruitment data of computer industry efficiently,improve the application value of data and optimize the recruitment process,this paper designs and implements a computer recruitment data analysis and visualization system based on text mining.It relies on natural language processing and machine learning technology to automatically extract useful information from massive recruitment data and visualize the data.The system not only supports real-time processing of dynamic data,but also provides a user-friendly interface for users to easily explore and analyze data.The results show that the system can effectively identify and display key information such as job trend,skill demand and salary level,which can provide valuable insights for job seekers and recruiters,improve the operability of data and the accuracy of decision making.
