摘要
针对放疗计划计算模拟过程中出现的若干常见问题,文章依据主流计划系统的原理分析并提出了解决方法,分别列举了食道癌和带淋巴结靶区的宫颈癌实例,通过对比说明了所提方法的应用效果。
In response to several common problems that arise during the simulation process of radiotherapy planning,this article analyzes and proposes solutions based on the the TPS(Therapy Planning System).Examples of esophagus cancer and a cervical carcinoma with lymph gland PTVs are listed,and the application effect of the proposed methods is demonstrated through comparison.
