摘要
随着人们对生蚝需求的日益增长,目前开蚝仍主要依赖人工操作,导致成本较高且效率低下。因此,生蚝开口自动化的需求变得越来越重要,其中的关键问题是如何让机器准确识别开口方向。针对这一问题,文章提出了一种用于生蚝开口的机器视觉系统。首先,根据生蚝开口的实际情况进行系统需求分析和框架设计;其次,完成硬件设备选型,并通过Python编写图像处理算法,准确定位适合开口的位置;最后,通过实验测试验证了系统的功能,为生蚝开口自动化提供了技术参考。
With the increasing demand for oysters,oyster harvesting still relies mainly on manual operation,which leads to high costs and low efficiency.Therefore,the demand for automated oyster opening is becoming increasingly important,and the key issue is how to make the machine accurately identify the opening direction.In response to this issue,the article proposes a machine vision system for oyster opening.Firstly,conduct system requirement analysis and framework design based on the actual situation of oyster opening.Secondly,complete the hardware device selection and write image processing algorithms in Python to accurately locate the suitable position for the opening.Finally,the functionality of the system was verified through experimental testing,providing technical reference for the automation of oyster opening.
