摘要
为提高机器视觉、自动化等专业学生的实训质量,设计了基于机器视觉的模块化实训平台。该平台包括机器视觉系统、工业机器人、可编程控制器、典型实训模块等,涉及视觉系统标定、运动跟随及缺陷检测等关键技术。通过该实训平台,学生可进行图像采集与处理、机器人控制及上位机软件开发等多方面的学习。
A modularized machine vision-based practicing and training platform was designed aiming at improving practicing and training quality of students majoring in machine vision and automation.The platform includes machine vision system,industrial robot,programmable controller,typical practical training module,etc.,and entails key technologies such as vision system calibration,motion following and defect detection.Through this practicing and training platform,students can learn many aspects such as image acquisition and processing,robot control,and PC software development.
