造纸制浆用电调度系统的模型开发与工业应用

摘要 为提高造纸企业的工业用电效率,降低造纸企业的生产用电成本,采用数据填补和剔除异常值两种手段对造纸制浆现场工艺数据进行预处理,基于生产数据建立用电调度模型,并将该模型应用于造纸企业的工业用电调度管理工作中。经工业应用实测发现,通过该模型对造纸制浆生产线的相关设备进行现场控制,能够对企业的用电结构起到优化效果,平均优化率达到3.9%。根据用电调度应用效果可知,研究所提出的用电调度模型能够有效降低造纸企业的用电成本,具有一定的应用价值。 In order to improve the industrial electricity efficiency of paper enterprises and reduce their production electricity costs.,Two methods,data filling and outlier removal,are used to preprocess the process data of paper pulp production site.Based on production data,an electricity scheduling model is established,and this model is applied to the industrial electricity scheduling management of paper enterprises.Through industrial application testing,it was found that using this model to control the relevant equipment of the paper pulp production line on site can optimize the electricity structure of the enterprise,with an average optimization rate of 3.9%.According to the application effect of electricity scheduling,it can be seen that the electricity scheduling model proposed by the research institute can effectively reduce the electricity cost of paper enterprises and has certain application value.
