纸张干燥工艺的数学模拟与能耗优化方法

摘要 为节约造纸机干燥部运行能耗,降低造纸企业的生产经营成本,基于纸机干燥部的运行基本流程提取出排出频率、干侧热风温度、湿侧热风温度、烘缸压力4项决策变量并建立相应的能耗优化模型。在此基础上,通过SLSQP算法对该模型进行求解。为验证该模型的有效性,基于某造纸企业的纸机干燥部数据对其吨纸干燥成本进行优化。经试验分析发现,基于SLSQP算法的能耗优化模型能够将该企业的吨纸消耗成本降低至9.03元/t,成本下降幅度为2.57%,能耗节约效果显著,具有一定的应用价值。 In order to save the energy consumption of the dryer section of the paper machine and reduce the production and operation costs of the paper enterprise.Based on the basic operation process of the dryer section of the paper machine,four decision variables,including discharge frequency,dry-side heat-up temperature,wet-side heat-up temperature,and dryer pressure,were extracted,and the corresponding energy consumption optimization model was established.On this basis,the model is solved by the SLSQP algorithm.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,this study optimizes the drying cost per ton of paper based on the data of the dryer section of a paper machine in a papermaking enterprise.Through experimental analysis,it is found that the energy consumption optimization model based on SLSQP algorithm can reduce the cost of paper consumption per ton of paper to 9.03 yuan/t,with a cost reduction of 2.57%,which has a significant energy saving effect and has certain application value.
