纸机能耗管理系统的建模开发与工业应用

摘要 为节约纸机干燥部运行能耗,降低造纸企业的纸张生产成本,基于某企业的干燥部及烘干系统基本结构提出了一项涵盖造纸机烘缸、气罩和风机等节点的能耗优化数学模型,从烘缸能耗、气罩加热器能耗和风机电耗三个方面对干燥部能耗加以描述。为验证能耗优化模型的有效性,将该模型纳入纸机能耗管理系统,并根据造纸企业所提供的干燥部历史运行数据对纸机运行状态进行优化。根据烘缸和气罩的蒸汽节能量优化结果发现,在能耗优化模型投入使用后,干燥部所消耗的蒸汽流量平均减少了0.56 t/h,体现出了较为显著的节能效果,具有一定的应用价值。 In order to save the energy consumption of the drying section of the paper machine and reduce the paper production cost of papermaking enterprises.Based on the basic structure of the drying section and drying system of an enterprise,a mathematical model of energy consumption optimization covering the nodes of the dryer cylinder,hood and machine of paper machine was proposed,and the energy consumption of the drying section was described from the perspectives of the energy consumption of the dryer,the energy consumption of the hood heater and the energy consumption of the machine.In order to verify the effectiveness of the energy consumption optimization model,the model was incorporated into the paper machine energy consumption management system,and the operation status of the paper machine was optimized according to the historical operation data of the dryer section provided by the papermaking enterprises.It was found that after the energy consumption optimization model was put into use,the steam flow rate consumed by the dryer section was reduced by 0.56 t/h on average,which reflected a significant energy-saving effect and had certain application value.
