摘要
发展新质生产力是国家高质量发展的必然选择。新质生产力的核心在于创新驱动,创新驱动的本质在于人才驱动,培养高素质创新型人才是国家发展新质生产力的重要战略支撑。教育评价是引领教育发展方向的指挥棒,要培养创新型的人才,首先要有相适配的人才培养评价体系。文章结合国际创新型人才培养评价体系的经验,依托在国际教育评价中有较高影响力CIPP评价模型,从背景、输入、过程和成果四个方面构建高校创新型人才培养评价体系,以期更好地培养适应新质生产力发展的创新型人才。
The development of new productive force is an inevitable choice for China’s high-quality growth.The core of new productive force lies in innovation-driven progress,and the essence of innovation-driven progress is talent-driven development.Cultivating high-skilled,innovative talents is a crucial strategic support for developing new productive force.Educational evaluation serves as the guiding force for educational development.To cultivate innovative talents,it is essential to establish a corresponding talent cultivation evaluation system.Integrating the experiences of international innovative talent cultivation evaluation systems,this paper,based on the highly influential CIPP evaluation model,constructs an evaluation index system for cultivating innovative talents in universities from four aspects,namely context,input,process and product,with the aim of better fostering innovative talents adaptable to the development of new productive force.
