经济绿色发展的技术创新路径探究——来自31个省域数据的实证研究

Exploring the Path of Technological Innovation for Green Economic Development:an Empirical Study with Data from 31 Provinces

选取来自31个省域的数据,对影响区域经济绿色发展的因素进行实证分析。首先分析技术创新在推动经济绿色发展方面的作用机制,结果表明区域技术创新对经济绿色发展具有显著促进作用。此外,区域环境规制和产业结构升级对经济绿色发展的影响效果为正向促进。相反,区域外商直接投资水平对经济绿色发展的影响效果并不显著且为负向。在研究的基础上,提出一系列未来技术创新和经济绿色发展的相关建议:重视技术创新的投入与产出、完善环境规制体系、优化产业结构以及引导投资流向,推动经济朝着绿色和可持续的方向发展。

Data from 31 provinces were selected to empirically analyze the factors affecting regional economic green development.Firstly,the mechanism of technological innovation in promoting green economic development was analyzed,the results indicate that regional technological innovation has a significant promoting effect on economic green development.The impact of regional environmental regulations and industrial structure upgrading on green economic development is positive.On the contrary,the impact of regional foreign direct investment on economic green development is negative but not significant.Based on the analysis,this article proposes a series of relevant suggestions for future technological innovation and green economic development,which include emphasizing the input and output of technological innovation,improving the environmental regulatory system,optimizing industrial structure,and guiding investment flows,aiming to promote economic development towards a green and sustainable direction.
