摘要
针对涉核活动中现有膜体去污技术存在适用性、本体性能较差、对去污效果判断缺乏科学研究手段的现状,文中采用丙烯酸酯类单体,以“软”“硬”单体嵌段合成的方式制备了可剥离型去污剂。通过红外和核磁表征证明成功合成了目标产物,并对去污剂的力学性能、去污性能进行了研究。结果表明,当n(BA):n(MMA):n(AA)=1:0.9:0.1时,去污剂具有较好的力学性能,其拉伸强度可达9.16 MPa,断裂伸长率可达671%,对物体表面污染水平能够降低90%以上,是一种很好的可剥离去污剂基材。通过光学显微镜对去污剂去污过程的研究,发现在以往单一依靠目视测试的基础上,能够有效地就去污剂对污染物的包覆情况和去污效果进行判断。
In view of the need to effectively reduce the level of radionuclide contamination in nuclear-related activities,as well as the applicability,poor ontology performance,and lack of scientific research methods for judging the decontamination effect of existing membrane decontamination technologies,this paper prepared a peelable decontaminant by block synthesis of acrylate monomers used as"soft"and"hard"monomer,and demonstrated the mechanical properties and decontamination properties of the target product by infrared and nuclear magnetic characterization.The results show that at n(BA):n(MMA):n(AA)=1:0.9:0.1,the decontaminant has a at elongation break of 671%,and the pollution level of the surface can be reduced by more than 90%.It is a good peelable decontaminant substrate.Through the study of the decontaminant decontamination process,on the basis of relying solely on visual testing in the past,the decontaminant can effectively judge the decontaminant coating situation and decontamination effect.
