某车型后桥稳定杆销断裂分析和优化

摘要 某车型后桥稳定杆销在车辆路试过程中出现断裂故障,通过对后桥稳定杆销故障件进行材质、硬度和断口金相分析,结合该车型后桥稳定杆销的结构应力分析结果、零件制造工艺以及台架试验复现故障。结果表明,后桥稳定杆销断裂的根本原因是同一位置(应力集中处)在生产过程中焊接两次,使得后桥稳定杆销冷淬硬化、硬度变异,进而导致零件早期疲劳,最终导致路试过程中后桥稳定杆销早期疲劳断裂。确认故障原因后,通过优化后桥稳定杆销结构、调整焊接工艺等方法解决此断裂故障。通过此次故障的分析解决,还归纳总结出后桥稳定杆销结构台架试验方法,为后续新车型的开发提供试验方法,以提早识别风险。 The stabilizer rod support pin of rear axle broken down during the road test of certain vehicle.Through the analysis of material,hardness,and metallographic examination of the fault sample,combined with the results of structural stress analysis of the stabilizer rod support pin of rear axle,the manufacturing process of the parts,and the bench test to reproduce the fault,the fault was reproduced.The result shows that,the root cause of the stabilizer rod support pin of rear axle broken is the same position(stress concentration spot)is welded twice in the production process,which makes the stabilizer rod support pin of rear axle cold hardening and hardness variation resulting in early fatigue of parts,and finally leads to early fatigue fracture of the stabilizer rod pin of rear axle during the road test.After confirming the cause of the fault,the problem could be solved by optimizing the structure of stabilizer rod support pin of rear axle,adjusting the welding process and other ways.Through this fault analysis and solution,the bench test method for stabilizer rod support pin of rear axle was also summarized,providing test methods for the subsequent development of new vehicles to identify risks early.
