填丝焊门环的性能研究

Performance Research of Door Ring Produced by Filler Wire Welding

摘要 采用填丝焊生产一体式拼焊门环,利用金相显微镜等,对不同强度等级的Al-Si镀层热成型钢的填丝焊进行研究。研究表明:通过添加焊丝来稀释镀层元素,使其不富集在焊缝周边,可有效避免δ铁素体的产生及富集。在此基础上,各种搭接组合的拉伸、硬度等性能均符合焊缝性能标准要求。 Using filler wire welding to produce integrated splicing door rings,the filler wire welding of Al-Si coated hot formed steel with different strength grades was studied using metallographic microscope.The study showed that by adding welding wire to dilute the coating elements and prevent them from accumulating around the welding seam,the production and enrichment ofδferrite can be effectively avoided.On this basis,the tensile and hardness properties of various overlapping combinations meet the requirements of the welding seam performance standards.
