摘要
牵引力控制系统(TCS)主要是将驱动轮的滑移率维持在适当的范围内,使车辆即使在低附着路面上仍具有较强的加速性能和行驶稳定性,从而保证汽车行驶时的安全性和稳定性。介绍了另一种驱动轮滑移率控制功能,即车辆拖滞扭矩控制(DTC)的功能原理、工作过程、系统架构、信号交互等。DTC功能有别于TCS功能,DTC功能是在低附着路面并且非加速情况下实现车辆稳定性控制,也属于车辆驱动轮扭矩和滑移率控制范畴。其目的是避免车辆在运行过程中出现驱动轮抱死导致前轴失去转向或后轴甩尾问题,提高车辆稳定性,最终为驾驶者带来更加优越的驾驶安全体验。
The vehicle traction control system(TCS)is mainly to maintain the slip rate of the driving wheels within an appropriate range,so that the vehicle still has strong acceleration and driving stability performance even on low adhesion roads,thereby ensuring the safety and stability of the vehicle during driving.Introduce the functional principle,working process,system architecture,signal interaction,etc.of another driving wheel slip rate control function,namely the vehicle drag torque control(DTC)function.The DTC function is different from the TCS function.The DTC function is used to achieve vehicle stability control on low adhesion roads and non acceleration conditions,and also belongs to the category of vehicle driving wheel torque and slip rate control.Its purpose is also to avoid the problem of front axle losing steering or rear axle tailing caused by wheel lock during vehicle operation,and to improve vehicle stability..Ultimately,it brings drivers a superior driving safety experience.
